We are the first winery in Macedonia that produced sparkling wine by using the classic method. The creation of sparkling wine in Skovin is a long process, in which, champagnizing of the basic wine is done. A process that lasts one to two years with periodic turning of the bottles.

    We are the first winery in Macedonia that produced sparkling wine by using the classic method. The creation of sparkling wine in Skovin is a long process, in which, champagnizing of the basic wine is done. A process that lasts one to two years with periodic turning of the bottles. Premium product originating from the Chardonnay wine by way of classical method, i.e. secondary fermentation taking place in each separate bottle.The skill and enthusiasm of the oenologist are rewarded when numerous bubbles start moving from the bottom of the glass and then spread freely over the wine surface. Their number attracts our attention so this specic moment is called “Dance of Pearls”.Being always associated with joy and good mood, the sparkling wine meets a wide range of tastes and can be enjoyed in almost every occasion. It is served chilled, at temperature of 4-6°C, both as aperitif and with a dessert
