    We are the first winery in Macedonia that produced sparkling wine by using the classic method. The creation of sparkling wine in Skovin is a long process, in which, champagnizing of the basic wine is done. A process that lasts one to two years with periodic turning of the bottles.

  • Top Premium Wine

    Skupi Cuvee and Markov Manastir wines enter the line of top wines. These wines are special in that their production starts in the vineyard. They are obtained from special micro-locations of our vineyards, using special agro-techniques and strict reduction of yield. The technology used for the production of these wines is state-of-the-art, with the application of certain procedures in the pre-fermentation process, as well as in the fermentation itself. Maturing and nourishing of these wines is a long process, in which they are gradually formed, and after being bottled, they mature for at least another 6 months.

  • Premium Line

    A line of top wines, contains wines that are characterized by special varietal characteristics and complexity. The best grapes are poured into these wines and they are a top product. They are intended for true connoisseurs and wine lovers. This line includes the wines Kratosija, Sangiovese and Pinot noir.

  • Barrique Line

    With the Barrique wines, Skovin completed its production process and product range. This line is represented by the wines Chardonnay, Cuvee Selection Barrique and Syrah Cabernet. The wine is aged in wooden barrels with a capacity of 225 liters. For this line, the best wines are selected and placed in barrels. Barrique wine means wine aged in vats or barrels. The combination of wood and the slow microoxygenation results in softening of the wine tannins which become gentler, and the aroma evolves into a bouquet and becomes more intense and lasting. The wood itself enriches the wine with a wide range of different aromas.

    This line of wines is of a higher category, due to the limited quantities that are produced and due to the specificity of the wine itself. This line is one of the most sought after lines on the market, and very well-known among wine consumers and wine lovers. The wine is in filling of 0.75 and 0.1875. This line includes one white wine Temjanika, one rose wine Rosa Kanina and two red wines which are a combination of two and three grape varieties. These are the wines Kale and Syrah Cabernet. Kale is a French style of wine, produced with three varieties Vranec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Syrah Cabernet is a wine that combines two varieties, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.

    This line of wines is the most numerous and the characteristic of these wines is that they are varietal. That means produced from one grape variety. The wines in this line are of standard quality regardless of the year of harvest and reflect the Skopje climate with all its characteristics. They are characterized by the typicality of the variety from which they are produced. The wines in this line are in a 0.75 filling, glass bottle, with a cork stopper. This line includes 3 types of white wine Chardonnay, Traminec and Muscat, one rose wine, produced from the Cabernet Sauvignon variety and 4 red wines, Vranec, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc. Some of the wines, such as Chardonnay, Muscat, Traminec, Vranec can be found in a filling of 0.1875 liters.

    One of the best-selling lines is Macedonian white and Macedonian red. There are two types of wines in this line: Macedonian white is a wine obtained by blending grapes of the varieties Semijon, Zupljanka and Smederevka. Macedonian red wine is a combination of the varieties Pinot Noir and Vranec. Quality dry white wine produced by blending white varieties from the Skopje vineyard. Smooth and fresh with a light yellow color, harmonious taste and rich fruit aroma. It is also pleasant when drunk alone, but it goes well with poultry, salads and seafood. It is best served at a temperature of 10-12 ° C. Quality red wine obtained by blending different varieties of black grapes originating from the Skopje vineyard. Moderately full, with distinctive bouquet, pleasant acids and gentle resistance. The aroma is reminiscent of red berries. Serve at room temperature with roast pork and game. Best consumed at a temperature of 15-18 ° C.

    This product line includes wines obtained from one variety or which are a combination of two or more grape varieties. It is characterized by wines intended for daily consumption, light, drinkable, with a medium body and relatively low percentage of alcohol. This production line includes the wines Smederevka, Roze and Vranec which are in 1 liter filling, as well as Macedonian white and Macedonian red in 1.5 liter filling.

    In line with the modern and fast lifestyle, Skovin winery came out with a practical packaging of the wine, ie. a family packaging of 3 liters. The packaging is intended for home use, but also for restaurants and cafes. The packaging allows the wine to be completely protected from oxidation and retains its freshness for a long time.
